YIKES

THIS WALKING PROGRAM IS KICKING MY BEHIND..TONITE I WALKED 4 MILES. IT WAS GREAT THE FIRST 2,BUT BY THE END OF THE THIRD I WAS DRAGGING AND THE FOURTH I WANTED TO CALL A TAXI!

BUT...ITS PART OF MY PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR MUSCLE AND CORE STRENGHTH AFTER THE SUMMER OF RECOVERY. THE DR.S ARE SAYING ONE YEAR OF THERAPY. I HAVE SOME LEG STAMINA BACK AND CAN STAND FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME AND I'M SLEEPING SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER

I'M DOWN 5 PANT SIZES ,3 SHIRT SIZES AND SOMEONE CALLED ME TINY YESTERDAY!! WOOT!!

I WAS A 1X AT SUMMERS START AND I'M NOW A 11 JR.
I TAKE THE DOGS ON MY WALK,THEY KEEP ME FOCUSED,AND ADD WEIGHT TO KEEP THEM IN LINE,I ALSO HAVE TO WALK QUICKLY SO THEY EXPEL ENERGY AND DON'T GET DISTRACTED. TO HELP ME WITH MY DOG WALKING I FOLLOW THE SHOW DOG WISPERER AND HIS INSTRUCTIONS WORK MIRACLES. I HAVE BECOME THE ALPHA PACK LEADER!!!
I STARTED HELPING MY HUSBAND TONY ON HIS SIDE JOB,HES BUILDING A LOG CABIN.THIS IS FOR OUR PASTOR AND I LOVE GOING TO HIS LAND.ITS SO PEACFUL AND QUITE UP THERE.
DO ANY OF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCES WITH FIGHTING BACK FROM A DEBILITAING ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT?? TIPS WOULD HELP.
